Cheesecake Tray The original cheesecake consists of 10 slices of cheesecake on a scrumptious, extra thick, graham cracker pecan crust (10 slices).	Tailgate Finger Platter This platter consists of approximately 50 hand breaded, deep fried, boneless chicken tender filet strips. It is served with our special sweet and spicy sauce.
Chicken Salad Tray Our homemade chicken salad (approx. four lbs) is topped with nuts and served with fresh white bread.
